There are currently two options for how to pay the Hydrow Membership fee. You can choose either one when you purchase:
1. Standard Monthly Billing at £38/month + applicable tax*
This is the default option and you do not need to purchase anything through our online store for this.
To use this method:
When you receive your Hydrow and set up your profile, you will be prompted to enter your Credit Card information on the screen:
After entering your information you may or may not be required to verify by email depending on the requirements of your bank. If so, the email for verification will be sent from email@example.com.
Once you complete setting up your membership, monthly billing will begin immediately.
If you ever need to update your payment card info, you can do so here.
2. Prepaid Membership Purchase (Not yet available.)
We do not yet offer this option from our UK website. We hope to introduce it sometime after launch.
We will publish more about the process and the steps to pre-pay here once it becomes available.
*Any taxes on membership are applied based on the billing address of your payment method.
Can I convert my existing Hydrow Digital Basic subscription into a full membership for my Hydrow?
Unfortunately, no. This is not possible because our Digital Basic subscription is managed through the app store for your device (Google Play or Apple). You can log in to the Hydrow rower with the same Email, Username, & password that you used in the app to transfer your info and workout history. However the payment info will not transfer. You will need to:
- Cancel your digital basic membership through the app store.
- Log in to the Hydrow rower with your email & password
- Set up a new membership and enter your payment info on the screen (see #1 above)
