Our Billing Portal can be used for:
- Adding a new payment card
- Updating an existing payment card
- Viewing your full Membership billing history with Hydrow
- Changing a billing address or phone number
- Pausing, restarting, or cancelling your membership subscription
Please do not email our support team with credit card numbers or other sensitive information. In most cases they can only provide you a link back to our billing site to make these changes securely yourself.
